Grants and Contracts

The staff is responsible for ensuring that proposals, budgets, and contracts comply with federal, sponsor, Foundation, and University guidelines. The following list consists of phone numbers and the Foundation staff responsible for Grants and Contracts. For a description of job responsibilities, please click on the title below.











Senior Director of Sponsored Programs and New Business Development
Responsible for the overall management and administration of Grants and Contracts. This includes specific pre-award activity, post-award activity, and compliance and systems for sponsored awards.

Grants and Contracts Administrators
Primary contact for Project Directors and personnel for all post-award activity on sponsored projects (07 accounts) and sponsored program-related accounts beginning with a prefix of 17 (F&A Cost Return/Fixed Priced Contract Residuals) or 37 (Centers); specifically account set-up, expenditure review, prior approvals, invoicing, financial reporting, cost share reports, and account close-outs.

Grants and Contracts Administrative Coordinator
Responsible for the administrative functions in support of the G&C staff including: routing new award paperwork to Project Directors, maintaining the new award log, assisting with subrecipient monitoring and assisting with the account close-out process.
