On behalf of the California State University, Long Beach Research Foundation, the Human Resources Department would like to welcome you. Described herein are employee benefits provided by the Foundation to Eligible Regular Employees. Full-time regular employees, with a time-base of at least thirty (30) hours per week, are eligible for all Foundation benefits. If an regular employee works less than thirty (30) hours, but more than twenty (20) hours per week, he/she is considered a part-time regular employee and is eligible to receive medical benefits, in addition to the accrual of prorated vacation and OPA hours. A regular employee who works less than twenty (20) hours per week is not eligible for any benefits. If, at any time, an employee or their enrolled dependent(s) become ineligible for benefits, the employee or their dependent(s) may retain benefits through COBRA.
