The Foundation parking lot is located one block west of Palo Verde at 6300 State University Drive. A parking attendant is generally on duty from 7:30 a.m. – 5:30 p.m. Monday through Thursday and 7:30 a.m. - 3:30 p.m. on Friday.
Foundation employees and Foundation building tenants may purchase a parking permit and key card at the Foundation Cashier office during normal business hours, Monday through Friday, 8:00 a.m. – 5:00 p.m. on a semester or annual basis. CSULB Faculty and Staff may purchase semester parking permits if space is available. A limited number of parking permits for CSULB matriculated students are generally sold 3 times per year as follows: December sale for Winter & Spring permits, May sale for Annual and Summer permits and August sale for Fall permits.
The daily parking rate for all other visitors is $3.00 per day paid in advance subject to availability.
Annual and Summer Parking Lot Permits:
A Foundation Conditional License Agreement to Park form must be completed to obtain a parking permit and key card. For Foundation tenants with building access, the Building and Parking Keycard Agreement form is required and must be signed by the unit manager for building access. Foundation Parking forms and our Fee & Refund Policy form are available on our website at http://www.foundation.csulb.edu or at the Foundation cashier window. Rates are subject to change without notice
The parking lot is accessible after hours with a key card or prepayment of the daily parking rate which is $3.00. The after hours payment machine will accept $1, $5 or quarters and dispenses change in dollar coins.
