Audio/Video Teleconferencing is available at the Foundation Office Building in Long Beach, California. This Education/Conference center is a divisible meeting space intended to serve the training and marketing needs of a diverse campus and corporate community. The Conference Center will comfortably seat up to 100 as a classroom and 60 as a conference facility, offering 8 different room configurations. The Conference Center is divisible into two separate meeting facilities.

This state-of-the-art distance learning/conference center offers the following array of features.
Video Conference System provides full-duplex audio teleconferencing with compatible national and international remote sites with a seating capacity of 45. Voice and Media Audio and Video Systems are tied to the Tele-conference System.
Film Projection System displays transparencies on motorized front projection screen. Displays 35mm slides from stacked projectors.
Voice Audio System distributes voice audio to ceiling speakers, amplification system for the hearing-impaired, video-conferencing system, dedicated audio cassette recorder, video cassette recorder and control room. Voice audio sources include portable table microphones, lectern, and wireless lavaliere microphones. Voice Translation Capability is provided through infrared audio transmission sources.
Media Audio System distributes media audio sources to stereo speakers from audio cassette deck, compact disk player, video sources and auxiliary audio sources.
Conference Center Control System offers remote control lighting, motorized screens, specialized window coverings, and audio visual equipment is available for the lectern, head table, and control room.
Video System Sources are distributed to side-by-side projectors for rear projection and video projection. Receivers are provided for VHS, VCR, cable TV, multimedia system, video conference system, computers, overhead projection, and various conference center cameras.
Catering Facilities are available. Bring in your own caterer or we will assist you with selection of a caterer.
Quick Tally Interactive Systems was added to the facility which provides a mechanism for tabulating confidential surveys and analyses on virtually any type of data. Participants -- whether in a conference, focus group, convention, or public forum -- enter their responses into a hand-held keypad that resembles a TV remote control unit. The Quick Tally 95 Windows-based software collects the data, tabulates it, and instantly displays the group's response. The entire process takes less than two seconds.
When desired, technical staff are available to facilitate use of the full range of specialized facility equipment. Plus this user friendly system is available to your technical staff. Conference Center rental fees are based on the level of facility technology used.
